Laguna El Junco
The El Junco lagoon is at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, it is one of the few remnants of fresh water in the Galapagos. The frigates, gallinetas, and pattillos are commonly seen washing the salt of their feathers. Its name comes from a type of plants very common in this area.
